Country Livin'

This city girl traded in her high heels decades

ago for a simpler, quieter life.  I thought I'd

share some photos I took today while driving

in the countryside near my American Homestead.

It is a part of the country many people who live

in the USA will never see, because they think

there is nothing out here.  But for me it stirs my

soul to see the beauty of the open country and

old barns, the animals and so much sky...

All of these pictures were taken from my car

on the country roads of Madison County and

Grant County, Indiana.
