Elle's Kitchen: Tomato & Chickpea Salad


This is the salad I made yesterday
from all of those beautiful cherry tomatoes.


Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 pint small tomatoes (cherry & grape), halved
25 large basil leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tabl. red wine vinegar
1 tabl. apple cider vinegar
2 teas. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. honey
pinch of salt


In a medium bowl combine vinegars,
oil, honey and salt and whisk together.


 Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Chill for at least 20 minutes.

Enjoy!
