I love travel but I always love coming home. 

I loved taking a bath as soon as I got home, there was no bathtub on the boat or in any German hotels, only showers...

I love my pillow top American bed with my ironed Laura Ashley sheets sprinkled with lavender water...

I love to get back into daily life...

Eating my cheerios in front of the fire,

putting away the Euros, passports and electrical converters,

facing the reality of this Mt. Everest of laundry...

But the best part of being home is cuddling up with this big bundle of fur!

Now to dream of the next adventure...
