Me Time: January 10, 2012

Trying to fit a little Me Time into my day.

Someone's Sue Spargo is coming
along nicely.

The beads add so much.

I learned a new stitch today,
the beaded blanket stitch.
Little things like this can
rock my world!

I'm at the pencils, templates and graph
paper stage of some new projects.

I love the look of
this old candy box.

I love what is inside even
more ~ better than chocolate!

  2. Hi, Ellen. The flower wall-hanging (?) is gorgeous. And you've just given me a great idea. Love your old Whitman's box full of wooden spools. I inherited 30 or 40 wooden spools of thread from my mom and I've never had an idea of what to do with them--I really don't want to use them because they're so pretty with the thread. But my daughter has a collection of old tin boxes--now I know where to put those spools of thread!
    best, nadia
